In the very beginning, a trip to South Asia revealed women and children living and working without hope or opportunity… and our founder was compelled to blend her business acumen and passions to create a network of trusted producers to drive change. That early effort became the underlying force behind Ethical Sourcing Network: connecting people to create possibilities.

Ethical Sourcing Network was built around care for the way in which products are made and the people who make them. That foundational focus on working directly with manufacturers to ensure both responsible sourcing and product quality is our entire operating ethos. We exist to understand the need, identify the most streamlined process, eliminate bumps along the way and deliver a quality product - quickly - with care for the producers.

With expertise in retail, merchandising, and global sourcing, Jon helps retailers and suppliers develop innovative products, strengthen sourcing strategies, and build lasting partnerships in India and hands-on support from concept to delivery.
