Founder and Owner
Kaylynn Jordan is the Founder of Ethical Sourcing Network (ESN), a global sourcing and product development company dedicated to helping retailers and suppliers build successful, sustainable supply chains through India.
With more than 15 years of experience sourcing from India, Kaylynn has built a reputation for connecting retailers with trusted manufacturing partners while delivering innovative products, competitive costs, and reliable execution. Her expertise spans seasonal home décor, textiles, pet products, partyware, and general merchandise, with a deep understanding of retail expectations, product development, and global sourcing strategies.
Prior to founding ESN, Kaylynn held leadership roles in retail vendor management and merchandising, giving her firsthand insight into the challenges retailers face in today's rapidly changing marketplace. She founded ESN to create a sourcing partner that combines strategic product development, production management, quality oversight, and supply chain transparency—all while building meaningful partnerships between customers and manufacturers.
Under Kaylynn's leadership, ESN has grown into a trusted resource for retailers and suppliers seeking to diversify sourcing, accelerate product innovation, and navigate global market shifts with confidence. Through teams based in Bentonville, Arkansas, and New Delhi, India, ESN supports clients from concept to delivery, helping bring great products to market while creating long-term value throughout the supply chain.

Co-Founder
Jon Jordan is the Co-Founder of Ethical Sourcing Network (ESN), where he partners with retailers, brands, and manufacturers to develop innovative products and build reliable sourcing solutions through India.
With a background in retail, merchandising, and global sourcing, Jon brings a unique understanding of both the retailer and supplier perspectives. His experience helps clients navigate product development, sourcing strategy, quality expectations, and supply chain challenges while identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
At ESN, Jon works closely with customers and manufacturing partners to transform ideas into successful products. His hands-on approach, combined with a strong network of trusted factories throughout India, enables ESN to deliver exceptional value, product integrity, and dependable execution.
Jon is passionate about building lasting partnerships and helping businesses diversify their sourcing strategies with confidence. Through ESN's teams in Bentonville, Arkansas, and New Delhi, India, he supports clients from initial concept through production, quality oversight, and final delivery.
When he's not working with customers and suppliers, Jon enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and exploring new cultures and markets around the world.
